The business was originally developed by Billy and Sharon Shelton and their son Steve Shelton. Billy passed away back in 2005 leaving his son Steve and widow Sharon to continue his legacy and to grow the business into what it is today. Steve Shelton has built quite a reputation throughout the Bay Area for being one of the most honest and thorough inspectors in the area. He is known throughout the public and real-estate community for these attributes. Many of our customers have been with us since Exterm-A-Tech’s inception back in 1987. Our customers continue to refer us to their friends, family and co-worker’s based on the level of service we provide to them.
